Creating a Ticket

  1. Navigate to Support Tickets (Web: sidebar, Mobile: More > Support)
  2. Click/tap Create New Ticket
  3. Enter a subject and description
  4. Select the type (Bug Report, Feature Request, Question, etc.)
  5. Optionally attach screenshots or files
  6. Submit

Track your ticket status (Open, In Progress, Closed) and reply within the ticket thread.
